Terms and Conditions
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If you change your mind about an order, please contact us ASAP and we will not ship your product and we will return your payment via online banking. If your product has already been shipped, you will need to get your product back to us (as is our "Returns" policy above.
None of your personal information will be shared with any other parties what so ever. You can rest assured that your privacy is as important to us as it is to you.
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system.
Sale items are not able to be refunded sorry.
